  • Delivery of a Small Package

I had sent a small package to my girlfriend from San Francisco to New York City. Now I understand shipping to an apartment can be tricky so I had decided to send it to her work. I was tracking the package and the time it was delivered was at 7:49 PM. (Who would be in the office that late unless you are a lawyer or high up). It has been a nightmare trying to track it and Customer Service is a complete joke. This company is only falling apart and its because of Customer care. I look forward to never using this service again... More...

  • Incredibly poor customer service

2013 09 19 at approx 10:45am I walk in to an empty USPS branch lobby. The three women behind the counter are talking together. I wait a minute or two and step forward again, still nothing, then I move directly into the line of conversation. Monica addresses me and I state that I have a package to go internationally and would require the proper forms. She says, " white form over there", I ask "where". She points. I pick up a white form and ask, "This one?" Monica replies, "No, the white form." I pick up another white form and ask, "This... More...

  • My mail is not reaching its destination

I mailed three letters with money orders, Wednesday a wee ago (01/20/10). Today is 01/27/10, and the mail I've sent has not reached its destination. I called the local Post Office (Dexter, Missouri 63841), and I was told by the clerk that I need to put insurance on all my mail to guarantee its arrival at its destination. So! I must no longer trust the USPS unless I pay extra for insurance? The @*%%#@ing mail is already expensive enough, and now they want us to insure all letters so that they can do their job right! I don't think so! More...

  • Refunds

I ordered a P.O. Box on line May 5,2009 at usps.com and on May 6, 2009 I changed my mind and canceled. I have gotten the run around since for a refund. I been told by several people "It is not my job to process refunds". Well who's job is it. I have called every telephone and have spoken to at least 6 people and have sent numerous e mails and have gotten the same response. To date no refund. I know the government is having money problems, but so is everyone else. How dare they keep my money for a product I do not have and which was returned, if you will. Don't ever use... More...

  • I went in to my local branch of...

I went in to my local branch of the Post Office (a large station) in Charlotte, NC at about 10:30 AM in the morning, mailed some packages and then tendered a United States Postal money order for $155.00 to be cashed and was told that they did not have enough money in the cash drawers to cash it. That I had to return later in the day. Can you imagine the time wasted and the cost of gas today having to return at a later time?? This seems to be a standard practice with the US postal service, and very unfair to we Americans who have to comply with their unfair costs and practices.... More...
